So. My bro would like a picture that looks kinda like this:
only it needs to be a male.
The physical description is as follows:
Grey eyes, short, roughly cut, brown hair. Scales: Most are a shade of dark blue, but towards the back of your tail, the side of your head, and part of your chest they tend to be a slightly brighter blue. The tail only stretches 2-3 feet along the ground. No facial hair, and if a weapon is included it should be a great-axe. The character is also wearing a traveler's outfit and a winter cloak, which can be left up to the artists imagination. A snake coiled around the character would be fantastic (not attacking).
Quality:
He says that the quality doesn't need to be that great, just recognizable and he does not have money to pay for it so do it for your own pleasure. Also, it does not have to be hand drawn like the example image.

Because of the lack of comments/results, I kinda took it upon myself to draw something.
Why would you DO that??
Well, my family went out to dinner, and I took my notebook along to keep myself occupied. Then bro was all like, 'DRAW ME SETH! AND FISSK!' and well, I didn't have any better ideas for things to draw at the time, so, yeah.
